Are the patterns printed or handmade?
Our collection features both 'Batik Tulis' (hand-drawn) and 'Batik Cap' (hand-stamped). Each piece is authentic and reflects traditional craftsmanship rather than mass-produced digital prints.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-tailored pieces are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
