Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn, original condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned batik pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
